With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Tim Wright is a highly respected Director at Wright Morgan. Tim brings a wealth of expertise in groundworks and a deep understanding of the complexities of the construction sector. His entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and unwavering loyalty to his clients and team have been instrumental in driving the success and growth of the company.

Outside of his professional life, Tim is an avid golfer and enjoys following horse racing, reflecting his competitive nature and love for strategy and precision—qualities that translate seamlessly into his work in the construction industry.

With over twenty years in the construction and engineering sectors, Joe began as an apprentice in 2003, progressing to train as a gas and heating engineer, and then moving into renewable energy. Joe worked with Tim again in a supervisory capacity on Lidl subcontracting projects, and later broadened his expertise in the tunneling industry. Within four years, he was promoted to superintendent, managing large-scale projects globally.

In 2016, Joe rejoined WM and has since served as Project Manager for nine years, overseeing trades, program scheduling, and project execution. Outside of work, Joe’s interests include cooking—especially low and slow BBQ—gardening, and playing golf occasionally.

Jay has 24 years’ experience in the construction industry, starting as a bricklayer, achieving a degree in construction then going onto to gain a master’s in project management. After graduating University, Jay joined LIDL UK as a Senior Construction Consultant. In 2018, Jay took on a new challenge at WM. Throughout his career, Jay has earned a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to excellence and a dedication to maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and staff.

Outside of work, Jay is a sports enthusiast with a love for golf, squash, and rugby. He also enjoys DIY projects, reading and cherishes spending quality time with his family.
